About the organisation: Aabhaas Manpower Services is a Recruitment firm established in 2011 and is based out of Jodhpur Rajasthan. We are working for some of the leading companies in logistics services industry for their hiring requirements for Pan India locations.

Position: Trainee – Recruitment

Job Location: Mahamandir, Jodhpur

Experience: 0-2 yrs in HR, Recruitment

CTC Budget: 1.20 – 1.80 L PA

Qualification: Graduate

Age Bracket: Up to 30 Yrs.

Gender: Female Candidate Preferred

Work Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Skill Sets Reqd.: Fluent Communication in English, MS Excel Working Knowledge, Email Communication, Quick Learner, Patience, Able to Manage Stress, Soft Spoken, Hard Working.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through various methods, including job Portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and understand their skills and qualifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
  • Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
  • Headhunt – identify and approach suitable candidates in similar roles.
  • Use internal candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy received. Review applications, screen candidates and create a shortlist of candidates for the client.
  • Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
  • Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, CTC Budget and benefits of the position.
  • Ensure CV is properly updated before forwarding to the clients.
  • Organise interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
  • Inform candidates about the results of interviews.
  • Collect Documents from the candidates as required by clients and submit.
  • Coordinate with candidates for Salary Negotiations, Date of Joining, etc.
