Job Description:

  1. Manage entire sales process for the Area and drive revenues for all our products in the Area through the area sales teams.
  2. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by all sales teams and channel partners in the Area.
  3. Implement sales and marketing plans (as per organization strategy) for driving revenues, market share and profitability of all products in the Area, in collaboration with the Branch Sales Team.
  4. Follow-up and ensure closure of product specific sales leads forwarded by the telemarketing team or other departments.
  5. Negotiate rates & service offers with customers as per the set purviews, in consultation with Area head on case-to-case basis.
  6. Develop & retain existing customers and achieve base targets set for the products on monthly basis.

Experience (no. of years if any): Min 2 years in Field Sales

Number of positions available: 1

Industry Preference – Courier, Logistics industry would be most preferred, candidates with field sales experience from service industry background will be fine.

Location: Cuddalore (Tamil Nadu)

Any other specifications

  1. Must be Graduate (minimum UG).
  2. Two-wheeler with valid DL is mandatory.
  3. Candidates should have good knowledge on Chennai’s Topography.
  4. Excellent English comm skills, should be able to speak in Tamil as well.
  5. 6 days’ work a week, Sunday off.
