Job Description main Points | |
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: | |
* Responsible for all Financial performance and monitoring completion of accounting | |
processes, Account payable, Cashflow management. | |
* Responsible to keep track of the company’s financial expenditures and provide reports as | |
and when requested by the Management. | |
* Ensure all statutory payments are done on time. | |
* Ensure all vendor invoices and expenses are booked. | |
* Responsible for preparing payment sheet and uploading the same. | |
* Ensure payment entries are passed in the system. | |
* Responsible for bank reconciliation and all bank related work. | |
* Ensure monthly and quarterly TDS and GST return filing. | |
* Ensure reconciliation of all vendor ledgers. | |
* Responsible to prepare vendor aging report and monthly fund projection. | |
* Ensure systematic documentation of financial transactions and timely audits. | |
* Ensure all month end closure of books like completing all the invoicing and billing is done | |
on time and without error. | |
* Responsible for filing monthly ECB returns. | |
* Support in financial audits. |

Job Description:
- Manage entire sales process for the Area and drive revenues for all our products in the Area through the area sales teams.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by all sales teams and channel partners in the Area.
- Implement sales and marketing plans (as per organization strategy) for driving revenues, market share and profitability of all products in the Area, in collaboration with the Branch Sales Team.
- Follow-up and ensure closure of product specific sales leads forwarded by the telemarketing team or other departments.
- Negotiate rates & service offers with customers as per the set purviews, in consultation with Area head on case-to-case basis.
- Develop & retain existing customers and achieve base targets set for the products on monthly basis.
