<p>&lt;p&gt;&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;gt;Indoor Sales Officer (ISO)&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
The Indoor Sales Officer is a sales profile and aligned to the Sales Department.&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
The ISO will work out of the HO based at Bangalore and work for the designated region where he/ she is aligned to work along with his/her TSM’s (Territory Sales Managers)&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
Job Description&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
The ISO will be mainly responsible for initiating outbound calls daily for the purpose of:&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 The retention of existing customers &amp;amp;amp;amp;&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 The acquisition of new customers.&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 The ISO will need to identify &amp;amp;amp;amp; escalate issues identified by the customer to the respective department/ executive to resolve the same &amp;amp;amp;amp; arrive at solutions to ensure that the customer expectations are met thereby leading to business growth.&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 Build &amp;amp;amp;amp; strengthen relationships with customers &amp;amp;amp;amp; thereby garner additional business for the territory&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 Coordinate with the respective teams to understand concerns and assist the TSM in aligning the customer issues by fixing appointments / meetings in accordance to the requirement.&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 Sales development calls to existing customers: upsell / cross sell.&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 Review a/c activities to ensure a/c’s are actively managed across all functions&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 Lead Generation, development &amp;amp;amp;amp; Prospect Management to ensure quick conversions and new signings.&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 Maintain accurate database &amp;amp;amp;amp; all relevant data in the sales software&amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;<br />
 Prepare reports in accordance to the job requirement.&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;&lt;/p&gt;</p>
