Indoor Sales Officer (ISO)
The Indoor Sales Officer is a sales profile and aligned to the Sales Department.
The ISO will work out of the HO based at Bangalore and work for the designated region where he/ she is aligned to work along with his/her TSM’s (Territory Sales Managers)
The ISO will be mainly responsible for initiating outbound calls daily for the purpose of:
The retention of existing customers &
The acquisition of new customers.
The ISO will need to identify & escalate issues identified by the customer to the respective department/ executive to resolve the same & arrive at solutions to ensure that the customer expectations are met thereby leading to business growth.
Build & strengthen relationships with customers & thereby garner additional business for the territory
Coordinate with the respective teams to understand concerns and assist the TSM in aligning the customer issues by fixing appointments / meetings in accordance to the requirement.
Sales development calls to existing customers: upsell / cross sell.
Review a/c activities to ensure a/c’s are actively managed across all functions
Lead Generation, development & Prospect Management to ensure quick conversions and new signings.
Maintain accurate database & all relevant data in the sales software
Prepare reports in accordance to the job requirement
